What if you didn’t have to hold it together all the time?
Work. Relationships. Kids. Friendships. A home. A thousand things that need your attention.
You’re capable. Self-aware. Excellent at figuring things out. You’ve gotten very good at holding a lot.
And maybe you’re exhausted. Your relationship is struggling. You’re stepping into something bigger. You’re tired of making yourself small. Or nothing is particularly wrong, but something just feels off.
Somewhere along the way, it may have gotten harder to hear yourself beneath everything you’re managing: what you want, what you need, who and what you love, and what matters now.
At LFG Collective, we loosen our grip on getting life right and get more curious about actually living it.
Maybe You Don’t Need Another Insight.
Maybe You Need a
Different Experience.
You’ve read the books. Maybe you’ve been to therapy. You’ve had coaching. You know your patterns. You can probably explain exactly why you do the thing you keep doing.
And still.
You know what everyone else needs before you know what you want. You’re incredibly competent at work and somehow completely undone by your five-year-old before 8 a.m. You love your family deeply and sometimes want everyone to leave you the fuck alone. You want more intimacy and more space. You want to be present for the life you’ve built, but you’re moving so fast you can barely feel yourself inside it.
Maybe something is changing: your kids, your body, your relationship, your work, your sense of who you are. Or maybe nothing is wrong at all. You just have the persistent sense that there’s more of you in there.
The work isn’t about becoming better.
It’s about becoming more alive.
Aliveness is the capacity to experience more of yourself and more of your life. It’s not about becoming someone new or feeling good all the time. It’s about becoming more available to what’s already here: what you feel, what your body knows, what different parts of you want, and what you love and long for.
Our practice is simple: Reveal. Root. Relate. We reveal more of what’s here, root into what supports us, and relate to ourselves and the people we love with greater curiosity and choice. Again and again, we expand our capacity for more.
More of you, available to more of your life
Hi, I’m Lindsay. But my friends call me LFG.
I’m an Integral Coach and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with more than two decades of experience working with people through growth, change, and some of the most complex moments of their careers and lives.
I spent years coaching senior leaders around the world, including being a leader in a Big Four executive coaching practice. Over time, I became less interested in performance and more interested in what’s deeply honest and real. What we want. What we love. What we’re afraid of. The parts of ourselves we’ve learned to quiet, and what becomes possible when more of us gets to show up.
Today, through LFG Collective, I bring everything I’ve learned about human development, relationships, leadership, the body, and being a person into one question I can’t stop thinking about:
What makes us come alive?
What people are saying …
“Their strategic framework aligned our disparate processes and produced measurable gains within one quarter.”
-- Former Customer“We observed immediate efficiency improvements after the implementation plan was executed precisely as outlined.”
-- Valued Client“Clear communication and rigorous analysis distinguished the team from prior vendors we engaged.”
-- Procurement Lead
There’s more aliveness awaiting you.
Let’s make room for it.
