You made it here. Welcome.
I’m Lindsay and truth be told, I’ve been a leader and a coach since I was a child. When I was tagged to be a “natural helper” in elementary school I was surprised because I was just being me. Still today, the work I do quite literally flows through me and comes from a higher source. I was born for this. I believe everyone has it within them to be a leader; you’re not broken, and you don’t need to be fixed; and the fastest path to change is to name our fears and chart our vision, together.

What Lights Me Up the Most:
Building and Growth
I'm a Builder at Heart
I'm obsessed with turning ideas into reality. I live for creative problem-solving, design thinking, and stories like those on "How I Built This." Building is fun, but building something of real value, together, is intoxicating. My first business was a lemonade stand, my second a pie company voted one of the country's best by Travel & Leisure. I have more ideas than time, so I'm grateful I get to help you make something with yours.
The Practice of Growth
Human growth is endlessly fascinating to me — you should see my bookshelf. I’ve been through some tough stuff, and I’ve come out the other side. I trust that together, we can navigate your challenges. I consider being able to do so a gift. We are all so much more powerful than we realize.

My Roots:
Studied Psychology at the University of Virginia: Acquired a strong understanding of the basics of human development and how to shift behavior
Advanced certifications in Integral Coaching, Systems Coaching, and Developmental Psychology: Built my foundation in developmental coaching and systems work
Somatic Experiencing Practitioner: Immersed into a 3-year study of the nervous system and how to regulate stress and resolve trauma
Faculty for Inner Team Dialogue: Teach coaches to support their clients in developing a new understanding of who they are, how they work, and what’s possible for them
Coaching and Advising: Guided hundreds of senior leaders across sectors such as consulting, finance, law, tech, health, and entertainment
On a Personal Note
I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my family. My 4-year-old son is the raddest kid ever—he teaches me how to love with more compassion and live with more messiness. I'm married to Ben, whose kindness and electric spirit transform every room he walks into. He's my safe haven and constant mirror, and none of this would be possible without his love.
I thrive on movement and love to laugh—I even studied improv in LA. As a natural introvert, I need time to recharge, so you’ll often find me cozied up with a good book and a cup of tea.
