SPEAKING
What happens when we stop performing and start living?
I speak about the messy, fascinating territory of being human: what we want, who we’re becoming, why we keep doing things we know aren’t working, and what happens when we get tired of holding everything together.
My talks are an invitation to loosen your grip on performing and make more room for creativity, play, connection, instinct, and possibility.
We don’t need another version of ourselves to aspire to.
There’s already more here.
Talks that people actually experience
I spent more than two decades studying how people grow and change, working with hundreds of senior leaders around the world, and leading within a Big Four executive coaching practice. My work has since taken me deeper into human development, relationships, the body, and what actually creates change.
That means I’m not particularly interested in standing on a stage and giving people ten more things to remember.
I want people to feel something. Notice something. Talk to each other. Laugh. Get curious. See something differently. Leave with a question they can’t quite shake.
Depending on the room, that might look like a keynote, an interactive talk, a provocative conversation, or something harder to categorize.
Talks + Experiences
What makes you come alive?
Most of us know how to keep going. We’re less practiced at noticing what gives us energy, pulls us forward, sparks our creativity, and makes us feel genuinely engaged with our lives.
This talk invites people to get curious about their own aliveness: what expands it, what diminishes it, and what becomes possible when we pay closer attention to it.
People leave with a different lens for noticing what brings them alive and practical ways to make more room for it in their work, relationships, and lives.
Especially good for: creative conferences, company gatherings and offsites, communities, retreats, and rooms thinking about engagement, creativity, or what’s next.
Maybe you don’t need another insight.
This experiential talk explores the gap between knowing and doing, why some patterns live beyond conscious thought, and what changes when we include the body in how we understand change.
People leave with a new understanding of why change can be so damn hard, a way to recognize their own automatic patterns in real time, and an experience of creating more space between what happens and what they do next.
Especially good for: leadership and development programs, coaching and practitioner communities, and conferences focused on behavior change, wellbeing, or human potential.
Who are you becoming?
At certain points in our lives, the person we’ve been no longer quite fits. A bigger role. Parenthood. Midlife. A relationship changing. A career changing. A version of success that suddenly doesn’t feel like enough.
This talk explores what happens in the space between who we’ve been and whoever we’re becoming, and why that uncertainty isn’t necessarily a problem to solve.
People leave with language for the transition they’re in, greater permission not to have the next version of themselves figured out, and questions that help them participate more intentionally in who they’re becoming.
Especially good for: women’s conferences and communities, leadership transitions, executive programs, alumni groups, and audiences navigating periods of significant change.
Where I speak
Conferences and festivals. Company events and offsites. Women’s gatherings and communities. Executive and leadership programs. Professional associations. Creative and cultural spaces. Retreats and practitioner communities.
The topic and format can be shaped around the people in the room, from keynotes and interactive talks to smaller, more experiential sessions.
If you’re creating a room for curious, thoughtful people and want to give them something deeply human to wrestle with, I’d love to be part of it.
Have a room in mind?
If you’re looking for something thoughtful, slightly provocative, deeply human, experiential, and different from the usual leadership track, let’s talk.
