1:1 COACHING

A place to bring your whole life

You don’t have to separate the professional from the personal here.

We might start with the role you’ve just stepped into and find ourselves talking about your relationship. Or start with a decision you can’t seem to make and discover something much bigger about what you want.

Work. Relationships. Parenthood. Identity. Boundaries. Desire. Power. Creativity. Transitions. It all belongs.

Because you’re one person. And the way you move through one part of your life has a funny way of showing up everywhere else.

For people who are used to being capable

My clients tend to be bright, curious, deeply capable people carrying a lot. They’re often the person others rely on: the one who can figure it out, make it happen, hold the complexity, or keep things moving.

Some are executives, founders, and leaders. Some are parents, creatives, or people reinventing what work and life look like. Many are several of those things at once.

What they have in common isn’t a title. It’s how much they’re capable of holding, how much they actually are holding, and a desire to have more access to themselves and more choice in how they live.

When being capable isn’t enough …

  • You’ve taken on something big and it’s a fucking lot. A new role. A giant initiative. A business. A team in chaos. You’re capable enough to pull it off, but the way you’re doing it isn’t sustainable.

  • You feel powerful in one part of your life and surprisingly small in another. You can command a room at work and lose access to yourself with your partner, your parent, your boss, or your child.

  • You understand the pattern. You may even know exactly where it came from. Yet, you’re still doing it...

  • You’re facing a decision that looks straightforward on paper and feels anything but. You can make a compelling argument for every option and no longer know which voice is yours.

  • Your life is objectively good and something still feels missing. You don’t necessarily want to blow anything up. You want more access to creativity, desire, play, intimacy, or whatever has gotten crowded out.

  • Something is changing and you don’t quite recognize yourself inside it yet. Parenthood. Midlife. Success. Loss. A career shift. A relationship changing. The old way of being you doesn’t quite fit anymore.

We work toward something that matters

We start with what you want to be different. Not because every meaningful change can be reduced to a goal, but because I want us to know what we’re working toward.

What would have you complete our work together and feel like celebrating?

From there, we look at what might need to shift to make that possible.

The patterns you’ve developed. What you believe and understand. What you can and can’t stay with. What your body has learned. The relationships you’re in. The systems surrounding you. And the very practical realities of your life.

Change rarely happens in only one place.

I’m looking at what needs to shift cognitively, emotionally, somatically, relationally, and in the systems of your actual life. Sometimes the work is internal. Sometimes something around you needs to change.

Usually, it’s both.

Deep work. Actual life.

I’m active in the work alongside you. I notice patterns and name them. I offer perspectives and frameworks, challenge assumptions, teach when it’s useful, and bring practical tools into the work.

We might spend one session with something tender that has shaped the way you relate for decades and another figuring out how to navigate the conversation, meeting, decision, or challenge directly in front of you.

Depth and practicality aren’t opposites here.

The measure of the work is what becomes different in your life.

How we work together

I keep a small number of spaces in my one-on-one practice so the work has room for depth and continuity.

For most individual clients, we begin with a commitment to 12 sessions over approximately six months, typically meeting every other week at a consistent time. Six months gives us enough time to get beneath what brought you here, work with what we find, try things in your actual life, and see what changes.

For organization-sponsored coaching, the structure is shaped around the needs of both the individual and the organization.

At the end of our work together, we decide what, if anything, comes next.

There’s more aliveness awaiting you.

Let’s make room for it.
